We offer two main services.

In home/on site computer service. This service is intended for convenience of the customer, however it is not always practical to effect the service at the customers home / office. For those that prefer, we offer a Pickup & Delivery Service - The Pickup & Delivery Service incurs extra cost to cover transportation and insurance of your equipment while off site.

No-Fix-No-Fee Policy

Engineer ability - If the engineer lacks the expetise to perform the job, no fee will be charged.

Unlicensed Software / Missing Media - We can not install software which requires a cd-key/license without one.  Software missing the media (disks / cdroms / dvds) can be installed providing an alternative can be arranged to be available, ie downloading from internet, or installed from psispace owned media.  Software includes Operating systems, applications, suites, utilities, device drivers.  If the engineer is able to resolve the problem but is prevented by lack of software license or software media then customer will be charged for engineer’s time spent up to that point.

Customer Declines Service – If the engineer is able to remedy the problem, but the customer requests the work to be halted, then the customer will be charged up to that point.

Hardware fault identified, customer chooses not to proceed – If the engineer identifies the faulty component within a system or the fault in a component and the customer declines to have the fault fixed then the customer is charged for the engineers time to that point.

*no-fix-no-fee policy is not covered when work is involved with virus and malware (aka spyware) problems.

Fixed Pricing Policy

Our fixed pricing policy assumes the customer’s system meets minimum requirements.  Which include Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista desktop/laptop computers, at least a Intel, AMD or ibm compatible processor and an available USB port.  Other configurations and server systems will be charged individually at a standard rate on a time taken basis.


All work is guaranteed for 90 days against the same fault,  excpet for the following exclusions.  Warranty and guarantees for parts should be sought from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated.
Psispace make no guarantees to work carried out using hardware, software, or peripherals supplied by the client that is not in its original sealed packaging.

Working Conditions

If adequate working conditions are not available, work will be required to be taken away to our shop, a pickup and delivery charge will be made for this service.
